Arjan — five Danube buildings, all of them finished

Every Danube project in Arjan is finished. Five buildings stand here and all five are complete and occupied, which means there is no off-plan stock, no payment plan and nothing to reserve from the developer in this district. That is worth stating at the top rather than leaving you to work it out. The five buildings span an unusually wide range of forms for one developer in one district: from a four-storey development up to a thirty-six-storey tower, with buildings at eight, thirteen and thirty-four storeys in between. That range is genuinely useful, because it lets you choose the building type that suits you rather than accepting whatever the district happens to offer. A low-rise with modest running costs and a tall tower with outlook are different propositions, and here you can compare both from the same developer, finished, within a short distance of each other.

Arjan itself is an established mid-market residential district in southern Dubai, well connected to the main southern road corridors and priced below the central areas. It has a settled population and a functioning rental market, with reasonable transaction depth across both Danube stock and other developers' buildings. It does not trade on prestige and buyers should not expect capital growth driven by scarcity or fashion. What it does offer is a genuine, liquid market at accessible prices, which is a sound basis for either living in a home or letting one.
